Hello, World
After years of saying "I should write more," I'm finally doing it. This is the first post on my personal corner of the internet.
Why now?
I've been building things for a while — platform tooling at Electrum, AI agents that run on Discord, systems that quietly keep other systems running. Most of this work disappears into Jira tickets and closed PRs. I want to change that.
Writing forces clarity. When I can explain something, I actually understand it. When I can't, I know where the gaps are.
What to expect
This blog will cover:
- Platform engineering — Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD patterns, and the tradeoffs that don't show up in documentation
- AI automation — building agents with Go and Claude, making them actually useful in real workflows
- Go — it's become my default language for almost everything backend
I'll write when I have something worth saying. No cadence promises.
Let's see where this goes.
